The Boa Eco 9.8mm by Edelrid is a robust, all-round rope with an ecological footprint. It’s made of high-quality yarns leftover from production. Its handling and strength are identical to Edelrid’s other ropes. You can use the Boa for nearly any type of rock climbing: cranking laps in the local gym, sport cragging, or multi-pitch climbs. It features Edelrid’s exclusive Thermo Shield treatment for superb handling over time.

A special heat treatment cure first relaxes then shrinks the rope’s fibers. This harmonizes the yarns inside the rope and ensures that it remains compact and supple throughout its life.
